Account Manager – Business Clients

About the role

Telia is seeking an Account Manager to join its Business Customer team in Panevėžys. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of medium‑segment business clients, helping them select the right IT and telecommunications solutions to grow their operations.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with existing and prospective business customers.
• Provide proactive support through on‑site visits, email and phone communication.
• Prepare commercial offers, negotiate terms and secure contracts.
• Monitor the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and risks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met and satisfaction is achieved.

Required profile

• Strategic, proactive and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Strong communication, collaboration and negotiation abilities.
• Prior experience in account management and client visitation.
• Genuine interest in IT and telecommunications sectors.
• College or university degree.
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English.
• Valid Category B driver’s license.
