About the role

NARBUTAS, an international office‑furniture group, is looking for a Recruitment Specialist to manage the full hiring cycle, ensure a positive candidate experience and support the company’s growth across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from receiving a vacancy request to extending job offers.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience at every stage and build long‑term relationships.
• Execute proactive candidate sourcing across various channels and identify effective attraction strategies.
• Advise hiring managers on recruitment, candidate assessment and labour‑market trends.
• Administer and continuously improve recruitment and onboarding procedures.
• Develop partnerships with universities, vocational schools, employment services and other talent‑source partners.
• Analyse recruitment metrics, provide insights and drive actions to enhance efficiency.
• Contribute to employer‑branding, internal career development and talent‑attraction initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing recruitment from need identification to job offer.
• Strong English proficiency (minimum B2).
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Experience with recruitment systems and job‑posting platforms.
• Excellent collaboration and consulting skills with candidates and hiring managers.

Required skills

• LinkedIn Recruiter (active candidate search).
• Use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job portals.
