About the role

The Recruitment Manager will lead the search and selection of candidates for administrative positions, ensuring the right talent joins VMG Group. You will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from defining needs to extending job offers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct end‑to‑end recruitment for administrative roles, from requirement clarification to job offer.
• Actively source candidates, maintain communication throughout the selection process.
• Create and publish job advertisements across multiple channels.
• Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
• Collaborate with department heads on recruitment matters and improve KPI metrics.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment events.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in employee search, selection and conducting interviews independently.
• Ability to manage the recruitment process autonomously.
• Strong Lithuanian and English language skills.
• Valid B‑category driver’s license.
• Excellent communication, initiative, and responsibility for results.
• Capability to prioritize tasks and plan work efficiently.
