Customer Care Manager

About the role

The Customer Care Manager will be the primary point of contact for our existing clients, ensuring they receive high‑quality, professional support throughout the logistics process. You will work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and keep customers informed about their shipments.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat to answer logistics‑related questions.
• Provide accurate, timely information on shipment tracking, delivery times and other inquiries.
• Collaborate with colleagues to solve operational situations that arise during cargo transportation.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer records and ensure data accuracy.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and document management.
• Use internal and customer‑facing systems to support daily operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer service.
• Strong written and spoken English skills.
• Excellent time‑management, attention to detail and responsibility.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Capacity to handle large volumes of information simultaneously.
• Higher education qualification.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
