Customer Service Representative – Ukrainian & English

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in Ukrainian and English to join our support team for a leading online accommodation provider. The role involves handling inquiries, reservations and complaints from website users, ensuring a high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails from website users.
• Manage reservations, special requests and complaints, providing effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow‑up actions.
• Collaborate with other team members to meet service level targets.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written Ukrainian and English.
• Strong communication and administrative abilities.
• Customer‑focused attitude with attentiveness and positivity.
• Valid work permit for Lithuania.
• Computer literacy and good knowledge of MS Office.
• Experience in a target‑based/KPI environment is a plus.
