About the role

Telia is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join its Fault Resolution team as Phone Support Specialists. No prior experience is required – you will be trained to handle internet, TV and mobile service disruptions and help customers restore their services quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers over the phone in diagnosing and resolving service interruptions.
• Analyse situations remotely and propose appropriate technical solutions.
• Provide guidance on optimal use of Telia products and services.
• Identify opportunities to suggest additional solutions or services that match customer needs.
• Maintain a smooth and positive customer experience throughout each interaction.

Required profile

• Willingness to help, learn and tackle problems.
• Interest in technology or curiosity to understand it.
• Enjoyment in assisting people and communicating effectively.
• Patience and a solution‑focused mindset.
• Fluent Lithuanian (other languages are a plus).
• Availability for full‑time work.
