German‑Speaking Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) Specialist

About the role

This position supports end‑to‑end Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) operations for a leading Austrian food and industrial products company. You will work in an international team, handling invoice processing, payment execution and vendor management while ensuring high service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Review and validate invoices, purchase orders and supporting documentation.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, payment issues and vendor queries.
• Prepare and execute payment runs following established procedures and controls.
• Maintain vendor master data and ensure documentation is up‑to‑date.
• Participate in month‑end reconciliations, reporting tasks and data analysis.
• Contribute to process‑improvement initiatives and support automation projects.
• Assist in onboarding and training new team members.

Required profile

• Fluent in German with good English (minimum B1 level).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, organization and time‑management skills.
• Customer‑focused, proactive and detail‑oriented.
• Legal authorization to work in Lithuania without sponsorship.
