IT Service Manager

About the role

We are seeking an IT Service Manager to join Telia’s IT Support team. You will be responsible for ensuring reliable IT service delivery, driving continuous improvement, and collaborating with stakeholders to maintain operational stability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead IT service operations, ensuring service stability, performance and alignment with business needs.
• Drive incident, problem and change management processes and coordinate resolution of critical issues.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors and support teams to enhance service quality and user experience.
• Improve monitoring, reporting and automation capabilities to proactively prevent incidents.

Required profile

• Proactive, service‑oriented attitude with ability to work with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Proven experience in IT Service Management or IT Operations.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL practices, incident and problem management, and service performance measurement.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
