IT Solutions Architect

About the role

We are seeking a Solutions Architect to lead the design and evolution of collaboration and productivity services for Telia Group. The role spans a broad portfolio of platforms, including Atlassian tools, SharePoint, Microsoft 365 and emerging AI‑enabled capabilities, and requires translating business needs into secure, scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the trusted IT owner and architect for collaboration and productivity services across the Telia Group.
• Develop and maintain service roadmaps, translating business requirements into sustainable technology solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, security, operations, development teams and business representatives to align expectations and deliver value.
• Drive platform evolution for Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, storage, signing, automation, integrations and AI‑enabled capabilities.
• Own service quality, lifecycle management, governance, risk, compliance and continuous improvement.
• Communicate complex technical topics in clear business language to support decision‑making at all organizational levels.

Required profile

• Proactive IT professional with a strong sense of ownership and stakeholder trust.
• Experience in solution architecture, IT service or product ownership, platform management or DevOps.
• Ability to convert business challenges into practical, scalable, secure IT solutions.
• Strong communication skills, fluent in English, both written and spoken.
