About the role

The company is expanding its team and is looking for a Customer Experience Manager to strengthen relationships with homeowners and ensure a high‑quality hand‑over process. The role involves coordinating client queries, organizing open‑house events, and supporting project visual standards.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients who have purchased homes and build long‑term relationships.
• Coordinate and resolve operational client questions.
• Organise open‑house days for newly‑acquired clients.
• Oversee and coordinate visual order of projects.
• Assess visual quality and order of apartments together with construction project managers.
• Organise the hand‑over process and deliver homes to buyers.
• Analyse customer experience surveys and propose process improvements.
• Administer allocation of utility service bills for sold properties.

Required profile

• Higher education degree.
• Minimum two years of experience in customer service, administration, real‑estate or a related field.
• Professional and empathetic communication skills.
• Organised, responsible and solution‑oriented.
• Ability to plan work independently and manage multiple processes simultaneously.
• Valid B‑category driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
