About the role
We are looking for a dedicated butcher to join our retail food centre in Tauragė. The successful candidate will work with fresh meat, preparing cuts and producing meat‑based products for our customers.
Key responsibilities
- Cutting and trimming fresh meat according to specifications.
- Preparing meat products and marinades.
- Maintaining accurate records of production and inventory.
- Ensuring all work areas meet hygiene and safety standards.
Required profile
- At least a secondary education.
- Experience in food‑product processing, preferably in a meat‑handling environment.
- Strong work ethic, responsibility and willingness to learn.
Required skills
- Knowledge of food hygiene practices.
- Ability to work safely with meat‑cutting equipment.
