About the role

We are looking for a skilled butcher to join our meat department at the Akmenė shopping centre. The role involves handling fresh meat, preparing a range of meat products and ensuring high standards of hygiene in a fast‑moving retail environment. You will work closely with the store team to maintain product quality and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Cutting and portioning fresh meat according to specifications.
• Preparing meat products and marinades for sale.
• Maintaining accurate records and filling daily journals.
• Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.

Required profile

• At least secondary education.
• Experience in food‑product processing or a similar meat‑handling role.
• Strong sense of responsibility, diligence and willingness to work.
• Ability to follow hygiene standards when handling food.
