About the role
This position is for a full‑profile butcher working in a retail centre. The employee will support the head butcher in daily meat preparation and product creation, ensuring high quality and compliance with hygiene standards.
Key responsibilities
- Cutting fresh meat according to specifications and assisting the lead butcher.
- Preparing meat products and marinated items under the butcher’s supervision.
- Maintaining cleanliness, adhering to hygiene regulations, and keeping the work area orderly.
Required profile
- At least secondary education.
- Strong work ethic, willingness to work, responsibility and conscientiousness.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of meat cutting techniques.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
