Operations Client Partner

About the role

NielsenIQ is looking for an Operations Client Partner in Vilnius. The role acts as the partner between clients, commercials and operational teams, advising and discussing solutions for NielsenIQ products without sales activity and building operational trust in the data. It is a full-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a strong relationship with clients and drive results that improve client satisfaction
• Own the timely and accurate resolution of operational client requests and issues, including quality performance, feasibility investigations, structural changes and new deliverables setups
• Facilitate meetings, provide support and remove obstacles through networking
• Hold regular weekly or monthly calls with clients on operational topics, discuss technical questions, recommend solutions, set delivery targets and report progress, risks and status
• Communicate on projects at client level and cooperate with operations groups to resolve client queries efficiently
• Contribute to regional and global client requests through collaboration with other countries
• Own direct client communication on operational topics triaged by L1
• Suggest proactive solutions for simpler, more enduring and cost-efficient database production for NIQ

Required profile

• Minimum work experience in client-facing roles
• Higher education or equivalent experience
• Operational skills combined with client orientation, able to translate business expectations into technical specifications
• Good relationship management, analytical and attention to detail skills
• Proactive, independent and team player with problem-solving and time-management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication, able to explain complex operational topics simply
• Good knowledge of English

• Good Excel knowledge (a must)
