About the role

The Procurement Specialist for the Fresh Goods category will support IKI’s supply chain by preparing reports, analysing data and maintaining accurate records in the accounting system. You will act as a key liaison with suppliers, helping to negotiate prices, promotions and delivery conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present regular procurement reports.
• Analyse purchasing data and enter it into accounting software.
• Communicate daily with suppliers to coordinate orders and resolve issues.
• Negotiate supply prices, promotional offers and contractual terms.
• Assist procurement managers during supplier negotiations.
• Coordinate marketing activities with suppliers and internal departments.

Required profile

• Higher education degree.
• Strong computer skills, especially MS Excel.
• Result‑oriented, analytical thinking and high attention to detail.
• Responsible, organised, punctual and able to work independently.
• Good command of English.
• Open to innovation and sustainability initiatives.
