About the role

This internship offers food science, technology, safety and quality students the chance to work in the production department of Lithuania's leading bakery. You will support the team of technologists and quality specialists, gaining hands‑on experience in bakery manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Assist technologists and quality specialists in daily production activities.
• Support food‑safety and quality‑control procedures on the shop floor.
• Observe and learn the technological processes used for frozen and fresh bakery products.
• Help with documentation and data collection related to product quality.

Required profile

• Currently studying Food Science & Technology, Food Safety or Quality.
• Motivated to learn and develop practical skills.
• Independent, organized and able to work autonomously.
• Good command of English.
• Creative and innovative mindset when seeking solutions.
