Project Manager – Network & IT

About the role

Telia is looking for a Project Manager to lead business and technology initiatives across its network and IT landscape. You will operate in a hybrid environment that blends the Scaled Agile Framework with classic project management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional teams through planning, execution, and delivery of network‑related and IT projects.
• Manage large‑scale data migration initiatives while safeguarding data integrity.
• Oversee deployment and upgrades of mobile, LAN/WAN, and other network infrastructure.
• Drive cloud solution implementations in partnership with internal teams and external vendors.
• Develop detailed project plans, control budgets, and monitor milestones.
• Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders and external clients.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience managing medium to high‑complexity network and IT projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English.
• Ability to navigate matrixed organisations and bring clarity to ambiguous situations.

Required skills

• Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology.
• Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Network engineering concepts, including LAN/WAN and mobile networks.
• Data migration techniques.
