Sales Operations Manager

About the role

As a Sales Operations Manager at Girteka Group, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of dedicated customers across Europe. You will combine sales expertise with logistics knowledge to drive revenue growth and ensure high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of European customers, handling inquiries via phone, email and chat.
• Identify up‑selling and cross‑selling opportunities to increase revenue.
• Provide accurate shipment tracking, delivery times, contract details and logistics information.
• Negotiate and optimise agreements in line with market conditions and company goals.
• Collaborate with operations, finance and legal teams to resolve transportation issues.
• Maintain customer records and documentation using CRM and internal systems.
• Monitor market trends, analyse performance data and contribute to revenue and shipment targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer service, sales or account management, preferably in international sales or logistics.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent organisational, time‑management and multitasking skills.
• Analytical mindset comfortable working with data for business decisions.
• High level of accuracy, responsibility and attention to detail.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• Higher education degree.
