About the role

Join the Telia salon team in Utena as a Salon Consultant. You will work directly with customers in the store, helping them choose the most suitable technological solutions and providing excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with customers in the salon and guide them to the right products and services.
• Consult on mobile phones, plans and other technology solutions.
• Analyse customer needs and propose the best solutions.
• Manage the sales process, including contract signing.
• Deliver a unique customer experience during each visit.

Required profile

• Enjoy communicating, learning and achieving results.
• Interest in technology or curiosity to understand it.
• Motivated to reach targets and earn performance‑based bonuses.
• Fluent Lithuanian (additional languages are a plus).
• Available for full‑time, on‑site work.
• Previous experience helpful but not required – training will be provided.
