Sandblaster / Auxiliary Worker

About the role

VMG Technics is looking for a motivated sandblaster and auxiliary worker to join its modern production facility in Klaipėda. You will support the preparation of metal components for painting, ensuring a clean and safe work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare metal elements and ship structures for painting processes.
• Maintain cleanliness and order at the work station.
• Follow a rotating shift schedule (morning 06:00‑14:30, afternoon 14:30‑23:00) with five working days per week.

Required profile

• Previous experience in painting preparation or work with ship metal constructions.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and precision in task execution.

Required skills

• Crane operator certification (optional but advantageous).
• Scaffolding certification (optional but advantageous).
