SAP Project Manager / Delivery Lead

About the role

Accenture is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager/Delivery Lead to drive end‑to‑end SAP implementations for global clients. You will lead cross‑functional teams, ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget and quality targets, and act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and delivery teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and govern the full SAP implementation lifecycle, including scope, schedule, budget and quality.
• Coordinate functional, technical, integration, data and testing teams across multiple locations.
• Measure and report project performance to senior stakeholders and manage expectations.
• Ensure compliance with SAP methodologies (e.g., SAP Activate) and internal governance standards.
• Lead and develop project teams of 20+ members, driving performance and decision‑making.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience managing SAP implementation projects.
• Proven ability to manage at least one SAP stream (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD) or full‑cycle projects.
• Solid understanding of SAP modules and integration points with external systems.
• Experience leading cross‑functional, global teams of 100+ SAP professionals is a plus.
• Higher education in IT, engineering or related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
