ServiceNow Platform Architect

About the role

Accenture is expanding its ServiceNow Business Group in the Nordics and seeks visionary ServiceNow Platform Architects to help clients transform their businesses, drive innovation, and achieve measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Shape enterprise‑level ServiceNow architectures that translate complex business and technical requirements into scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with client Enterprise Architects to position ServiceNow as the core of digital transformation initiatives.
• Establish technical governance, ensure instance health, and reduce technical debt by applying ServiceNow best practices.
• Facilitate workshops, validate requirements, and deliver robust functional designs aligned with client objectives.
• Mentor and guide delivery teams, share expertise, and contribute thought leadership within the ServiceNow community.
• Support presales, business development, and champion emerging technologies such as Generative AI and Agentic AI.

Required profile

• Deep expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, GRC, SecOps, HR).
• Strong architectural knowledge of workflows, scripting, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience with enterprise security, architecture frameworks, discovery technologies, and data modeling.
• Proven leadership ability to manage stakeholders, develop teams, and run complex delivery programs.
• Innovation mindset with familiarity in Now Assist, AI‑driven capabilities, and modern delivery practices (Agile, Scrum, SAFe).
• University degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
