About the role

The Department Manager will lead a dedicated team in an H&M store, ensuring an outstanding shopping experience for customers while meeting commercial, visual and operational standards. You will work closely with sales consultants and store leadership to drive results and foster a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the department team to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high operational, commercial and visual standards.
• Analyze department performance, identify improvement opportunities and implement actions to achieve targets.
• Organise work schedules, plan daily activities and ensure smooth department operations.
• Participate in recruitment, training and motivation of staff, building an inclusive team culture.
• Stay informed on fashion trends, customer needs and store results to optimise product presentation and sales.
• Represent H&M values in all interactions with customers and colleagues.

Required profile

• Experience in retail customer service, preferably in fashion.
• Proven ability to plan activities, analyse results and provide feedback to a team.
• Strong leadership skills with a talent for motivating and inspiring staff.
• Excellent communication, initiative and a continuous learning mindset.
• Good command of Lithuanian (minimum B1) and basic English.
