About the role

As a Department Manager you will lead a team in an H&M store in Vilnius, ensuring an excellent shopping experience and maintaining high commercial, operational and visual standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the department team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Analyze sales results, identify improvement opportunities and implement actions to meet targets.
• Organise work schedules, plan daily operations and ensure smooth store flow.
• Participate in recruitment, training and performance management of staff.
• Stay informed about fashion trends and customer needs to optimise product presentation.
• Represent H&M values in all interactions with customers and colleagues.

Required profile

• Experience in retail or fashion sales, preferably with customer‑service responsibilities.
• Proven ability to plan activities, analyse results and give constructive feedback.
• Strong leadership skills, capable of motivating and developing a team.
• Excellent communication, initiative and a desire for continuous learning.
• Good command of Lithuanian (minimum B1) and basic English.
