About the role

We are looking for a motivated Construction Project Engineer or Project Manager Assistant to support large‑scale construction projects. You will work closely with the project manager to ensure smooth execution from planning to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the construction project manager in implementing project plans.
• Prepare, manage and archive technical documentation.
• Search for, evaluate and select subcontractors.
• Plan construction processes, coordinate work documentation and administer project costs.

Required profile

• Higher education in construction engineering (final‑year students are welcome).
• Relevant work experience is a strong plus.
• Solid understanding of construction processes.
• Excellent planning, organization, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Flawless Lithuanian language; good English or Russian is an advantage.
• Proficient computer skills, especially MS Office.
