About the role

The company is looking for a qualified professional to lead the installation and subcontractor teams for heating, ventilation and air‑conditioning (HVAC) systems on construction sites. You will coordinate daily activities, ensure compliance with technical regulations and support project budgeting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage HVAC installers and subcontractors.
• Maintain the construction log and record daily progress.
• Order materials required for HVAC works.
• Assist in preparing cost estimates and other duties matching your qualification.

Required profile

• Higher technical engineering education (preferably in HVAC).
• At least one year of experience in HVAC construction.
• Knowledge of and ability to apply construction technical regulations.
• Motivation to work and develop professionally.
• Ability to organise work and time independently.
