About the role

Join Telia’s fault‑resolution team as a phone‑based Technical Support Specialist. You will assist customers in restoring internet, TV and mobile services, learning the necessary troubleshooting techniques during an intensive three‑week training period.

Key responsibilities

• Provide phone support to resolve service disruptions for internet, TV and mobile connections.
• Analyse customer issues remotely and identify appropriate solutions.
• Guide customers on optimal use of Telia services and suggest additional offerings when relevant.
• Maintain a smooth and positive customer experience throughout each interaction.

Required profile

• Willingness to help, learn and solve problems.
• Interest in technology or curiosity to understand it.
• Patience, good communication skills and fluency in Lithuanian (other languages are a plus).
• Ability to work full‑time on a permanent basis.
