About the role

Join Telia’s technical support team in Kaunas as a Phone Service Troubleshooting Specialist. You will assist customers by resolving issues with internet, TV and mobile connectivity through phone calls, receiving full training during the first three weeks.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and diagnose a wide range of service disruptions.
• Analyze customer situations remotely and identify appropriate solutions.
• Guide customers on optimal use of Telia services and suggest additional offerings when relevant.
• Maintain a smooth and positive customer experience throughout each interaction.

Required profile

• Willingness to learn and solve problems without prior experience.
• Interest in technology and curiosity to understand how services work.
• Patience, good communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Fluent Lithuanian; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Basic troubleshooting of internet, television and mobile services.
• Ability to analyze issues and propose remote solutions.
