Accountant – Global Compliance & Reporting

About the role

Join EY's Global Compliance and Reporting (GCR) team as an Accountant. You will support financial integrity by delivering comprehensive accounting solutions and helping businesses navigate complex compliance obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Post transactions, maintain accounting records and issue invoices.
• Manage bank accounts and prepare accurate payroll calculations.
• Conduct account reconciliations and identify discrepancies.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing processes.
• Collaborate with senior colleagues to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Required profile

• University degree in business, economics, accounting, finance or a related field.
• Previous experience in an accounting position.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Lithuanian and English.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in an international environment is a plus.
