Associate – Innovation Program Execution

About the role

Plug and Play Tech Center is seeking an Associate to drive the execution of its innovation programs. The role involves managing client‑facing projects, scouting high‑potential startups, and supporting investments while building trusted relationships with both corporate partners and founders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end execution of 6‑week pre‑acceleration and 12‑week incubation programs, coordinating workshops, coaching days, mentor schedules and progress tracking.
• Serve as primary point of contact for founders and alumni, providing pitch preparation support and maintaining accurate CRM records.
• Lead startup scouting initiatives through open calls and outreach to universities, incubators and tech parks, conducting pre‑screening and shortlisting of candidates.
• Prepare detailed startup introduction briefs and facilitate warm introductions for corporate partners.
• Plan and host pitch days, corporate matchmaking sessions and ecosystem networking events to strengthen community engagement.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (MBA, Finance or related) preferred, or a Bachelor’s degree with significant relevant experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in venture capital, consulting, innovation or client‑facing project management, with a proven ability to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken); additional language is a strong advantage.
