Business Development Manager – Networking and Security

About the role

As a Business Development Manager in Arrow’s Networking & Security Business Unit, you will focus on the Baltic markets. You will be responsible for creating new business opportunities, nurturing existing partner relationships, and acting as the primary liaison between vendors, partners, and internal teams to drive growth in network security and cybersecurity solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop high‑potential reseller partners across the Baltics.
• Acquire new partners through proactive outreach (calls, emails, meetings).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners.
• Drive pipeline growth and execute business development plans.
• Initiate and support marketing campaigns to generate leads.
• Deliver product and sales‑enablement training to partners.
• Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
• Collaborate closely with internal sales and regional teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of experience in networking and security (IT distribution or vendor side).
• Strong background in business development or account management.
• Deep knowledge of the local Baltic market.
• Fluency in English and at least one Baltic language (Lithuanian, Latvian, or Estonian).
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Proactive, outgoing, and results‑driven personality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
