Clinical Independent Rater - Polish Speaking

About the role

IQVIA is seeking a Polish‑speaking Clinical Independent Rater to support ongoing clinical trials. Working remotely, you will ensure the integrity of trial data by reviewing assessment scales, providing real‑time feedback to raters, and supporting standardized scoring practices.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in all required orientation, training, and calibration activities.
• Review case data and prepare documentation for rater discussions.
• Conduct live interactions with raters to guide methodology and scoring.
• Complete assigned tasks and rater interactions according to schedule.
• Submit accurate documentation on time.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (MA/MS) in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric Nursing, Social Work or equivalent; MD, DO, or PhD preferred.
• Minimum 3 years administering psychiatric assessments, rating scales (e.g., MINI, MADRS), and structured clinical interviews.
• At least 3 years of clinical experience with psychiatric populations.
• Minimum 3 years administering scales in clinical research trials (non‑academic).
• Fluency in English and native‑level proficiency in Polish.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows operating system.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
