Commercial Director (Future CEO)

About the role

We are looking for a Commercial Director who will own and grow Corepetitus’ commercial engine and eventually step into the CEO role. You will drive revenue growth, build new revenue lines and help automate the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead revenue growth through marketing, sales, pricing and retention with clear targets.
• Manage and develop marketing and sales teams, agencies and partners.
• Oversee business economics (CAC, LTV, conversion, margins) and make data‑driven decisions.
• Drive product automation and self‑service features together with product and IT.
• Build and scale new offers (B2B, premium, new segments) alongside the core business.
• Hire and develop heads of marketing, sales and product, and work closely with the COO.

Required profile

• Proven track record building, launching or significantly growing a consumer‑facing business (marketplace, subscription, EdTech, e‑commerce).
• Strong analytical mindset with comfort in unit economics and rapid decision‑making.
• Product‑oriented, seeing automation and customer experience as growth levers.
• Experience hiring and developing managers and holding partners accountable.
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English.
