About the role
We are seeking an HR Manager to support our three locations – Lukiškės Prison 2.0, Estradà and Kablys. You will shape the full employee journey, from onboarding to development, while fostering a healthy and engaging work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, organise and coordinate recruitment and selection processes.
- Ensure a smooth employee journey, covering onboarding, adaptation and off‑boarding.
- Strengthen organisational culture, employee engagement and internal communication.
- Advise employees on HR matters, resolve complex situations and support managers in people‑related decisions.
- Recruit temporary and additional staff for events.
- Prepare employment contracts, authorisations and other HR documents.
- Oversee work schedules, payroll information and related HR processes.
Required profile
- Proactive, motivated and enjoys working with people.
- Previous experience in HR, people management or a similar role is essential.
