Intern – Medical Device Engineering

About the role

Moog offers a performance‑driven culture where interns can engage with real medical device projects. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will work onsite in Vilnius and gain hands‑on exposure to the manufacturing and service processes of medical equipment. The position provides a monthly stipend ranging from €1,000 to €1,153, depending on experience.

Key responsibilities

• Familiarize yourself with the range of medical devices that Moog designs, manufactures, and services.
• Assist engineers in preparing and updating technical documentation, such as specifications, test reports, and user manuals.
• Support the maintenance, calibration, and administration of measurement and testing equipment, perform periodic inspections, and coordinate the shipment of instruments for metrological verification.
• Participate in conducting research, performing tests, and analyzing data related to both newly manufactured and serviced products.
• Contribute ideas and actions toward continuous product improvement and innovation.
• Strengthen your problem‑solving capabilities and teamwork skills through collaborative tasks.
• Observe and learn the end‑to‑end manufacturing and service workflows of medical equipment directly on the shop floor.
