Junior-Mid Systems Administrator (macOS/iOS)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Systems Administrator who will own the full lifecycle of macOS and iOS devices across the company. You will work closely with security, IT and engineering teams to keep our endpoint fleet secure, compliant and efficiently managed.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, monitor and retire macOS/iOS devices, automating routine tasks with scripts and MDM policies.
• Maintain device security and compliance by managing identity and access integrations such as JumpCloud, Okta and Google Workspace, and applying hardening best practices.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for macOS/iOS issues, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to improve endpoint workflows.
• Administer SaaS systems and identity providers, ensuring smooth connections between tooling and security platforms.

Required profile

• At least one year of hands‑on macOS device management in a business environment.
• Production‑level experience with Bash or Zsh scripting.
• Practical knowledge of an MDM solution (e.g., Jamf, Kandji, Mosyle, Intune, JumpCloud) and the ability to create and deploy configuration profiles.
• Familiarity with identity and access management concepts and experience with at least one IdP.
• Strong communication skills and fluent written and spoken English.
