Manufacturing Team Lead

About the role

The Manufacturing Team Leader drives daily performance and operational excellence on the shop floor, coaching hourly associates to exceed safety, quality, service and cost targets while embodying Hollister’s mission.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach assigned teams, maintaining a visible presence on the floor for at least 70% of the time.
• Conduct performance reviews, resolve conflicts, and recognize achievements using approved programs.
• Oversee production operations, monitor safety, investigate incidents and apply Root Cause Analysis, 5 Why and corrective actions.
• Support continuous‑improvement projects, KPI improvement, process optimisation and cost‑saving initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma tools.
• Manage staffing levels, cross‑training matrices and participate in recruitment for the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 5‑8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing, preferably medical‑device environment.
• Proven ability to lead, develop and motivate production teams.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality and company values.
