PLM Engineer

About the role

Join CLEVR’s agile team in Lithuania to help customers across oil & gas, maritime, green energy and retail sectors implement Siemens Teamcenter solutions. You will work on real‑world digital transformation projects, gaining hands‑on PLM expertise while collaborating with experienced engineers and project managers.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse customer challenges, needs and requirements to design effective PLM solutions.
• Lead and support Teamcenter configuration activities, aligning the system with each client’s business processes.
• Consult on projects across multiple industries, providing technical guidance and creating documentation.
• Partner with other PLM Engineers and Project Managers to solve problems using Teamcenter and NX tools.
• Customize, support and implement software upgrades tailored to specific customer environments.
• Participate in full‑cycle Teamcenter implementations, from requirement gathering to testing and deployment.

Required profile

• Degree (M.Sc./M.Eng.) in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, Product Development or a related field.
• Strong mechanical or IT affinity with a keen interest in engineering processes, digitalisation and PLM.
• Analytical mindset, quick learner and effective communicator in English.
• Willingness to obtain any required security clearance.

Required skills

• Experience with PLM systems such as Siemens Teamcenter or CAD tools like NX.
• Familiarity with scripting or programming languages: PowerShell, XML.NET, JSON, JavaScript.
