R&D Scientist – Cell Biology

About the role

Join our Vilnius R&D team of cell biologists and collaborate with international project groups to create innovative products for cell‑therapy customers. We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated scientist with a proactive mindset who enjoys tackling new challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Develop tools and methods for product functionality and quality analysis in cell biology and immunology.
• Design and execute research experiments independently while coordinating with the project team.
• Document study results in comprehensive reports and present findings to peers and stakeholders.
• Validate immunoassays and bioassays in line with ICH guidelines.

Required profile

• University MSc degree in cell, molecular biology, immunology, biochemistry or a related life‑science discipline.
• Highly motivated to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong collaborative skills and respect for individual differences.

Required skills

• Mammalian cell culture
• Flow cytometry
• Microscopy
• Protein analysis (ELISA, Western blot, other immunoassays)
• DNA/RNA analysis by qPCR
• Beads/microspheres‑based cell isolation and activation
• General knowledge of statistical methods
