Sales Executive – Lithuanian Construction Software Market

About the role

As a Sales Executive you will drive the adoption of Dalux’s BIM‑based software across the Lithuanian construction market, expanding our customer base and strengthening relationships with contractors, building owners and consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new customers, understand their needs and match them with Dalux’s digital solutions.
• Manage complex B2B SaaS sales cycles, from demos and negotiations to contract signing and onboarding.
• Implement Dalux software in client organisations and train Super Users on‑site and remotely.
• Represent Dalux at conferences, trade shows, webinars and user events to promote the brand.
• Collaborate with international sales and customer‑success teams and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling B2B SaaS solutions to the construction industry.
• Deep understanding of the Lithuanian construction sector and its digital transformation.
• Structured, proactive and confident in strategic negotiations and technical discussions.
