Security Operations Analyst (Hybrid)

About the role

Littelfuse is expanding its global cybersecurity capabilities and is looking for an early‑career Security Operations Analyst. You will join a collaborative team focused on threat detection, incident investigation, and protecting a worldwide manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and triage alerts from SIEM, endpoint protection, identity, cloud, email, and network security tools.
• Investigate suspicious activities, analyze security events, and document findings.
• Support incident response activities, including containment, recovery, and post‑incident follow‑up.
• Collaborate with managed security service providers and internal IT teams to resolve security issues.
• Conduct threat‑intelligence research and assist with vulnerability‑management tasks.
• Contribute to the improvement of security procedures, playbooks, and detection capabilities.
• Leverage AI and automation tools responsibly to enhance security operations and investigation efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1‑2+ years of experience in cybersecurity, security operations, incident response, or a related technical role.
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles, attack techniques, and security monitoring practices.
• Experience reviewing security alerts, logs, and investigating potential threats.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work effectively in a global, cross‑functional environment.
