Senior AI Filmmaker (Remote)

About the role

We create premium AI short films and series that make people feel something. You’ll be a key part of building this, producing daily episodes of dark romance, horror, thriller, and fantasy micro‑dramas for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Each episode is 60‑90 seconds of polished, character‑driven storytelling that lives on a phone, often watched without sound.

Key responsibilities

• Craft striking visuals that stop the scroll and draw the eye.
• Develop believable characters who feel real episode to episode.
• Produce natural‑sounding voices and audio that work with sound on or off.
• Perform purposeful editing where every cut serves the story and emotional journey.
• Match style and look to the world and tone of each series.
• Move fast while maintaining craft; ensure every frame feels intentional.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of professional experience with AI tools for video, image, or audio generation.
• Solid understanding of editing fundamentals: composition, pacing, visual flow, and how cuts guide attention.
• Prompt‑engineering skills – ability to write precise, iterative prompts for exact creative output.
• Portfolio showing completed AI‑generated video work or high‑standard traditional editing.
• Ability to work independently and ship fast without constant direction.
• Familiarity with vertical video format requirements and platform‑specific best practices.
