Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Consultant to lead the design and delivery of complex financial solutions for our clients. You will translate detailed business requirements into scalable D365 Finance implementations, guide full project lifecycles, and ensure long‑term system adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops, map requirements to D365 Finance capabilities and perform fit‑gap analysis.
• Author functional design documents, process flowcharts and technical specifications for developers.
• Provide functional governance for multi‑currency, multi‑entity and multi‑GAAP structures.
• Execute core processes such as Record‑to‑Report, Acquire‑to‑Dispose and Procure‑to‑Pay.
• Deliver end‑to‑end solutions across Accounts Receivable, Cost Management and Cash & Bank Management.
• Drive budgeting, financial planning, tax management and localizations.
• Lead data migration strategies using the Data Management Framework.
• Oversee SIT, UAT, cut‑over planning and post‑go‑live hyper‑care support.
• Define Segregation of Duties rules, custom security roles and internal control frameworks.

Required profile

• 3+ years of ERP finance implementation experience, including at least two full‑lifecycle D365 Finance projects.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP, financial consolidation and asset accounting.
• Proficiency in Procure‑to‑Pay, Order‑to‑Cash and cost accounting processes.
• Experience with tax localization across multiple jurisdictions.
• Excellent written and spoken English (B2+).
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate (MB‑310).
