Senior User Acquisition Manager

About the role

Flo Health, the world’s #1 health and fitness app, is looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager to lead the next generation of AI‑powered, privacy‑first digital health solutions. You will own the strategy and execution of paid acquisition campaigns that drive growth for millions of users worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and scale app user acquisition campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and other paid social channels such as TikTok and Snapchat.
• Monitor and optimise account structure, bidding models, and audience segmentation to maximise ROAS, CPA and LTV.
• Collaborate with analytics, creative and social teams to boost paid acquisition performance.
• Generate insights from performance data, produce regular reports and contribute to strategic discussions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of performance‑marketing experience in app user acquisition, preferably in high‑growth environments.
• Proven track record of optimising campaigns for key metrics such as ROAS, CPA and LTV.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel or Google Sheets capabilities.
• Upper‑intermediate or advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) campaign management at scale.
• TikTok Ads and Snapchat Ads experience.
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets.
• Mobile measurement platform (MMP) tools.
• Looker or Tableau for data visualisation.
• Google Ads (nice to have).
