Senior User Acquisition Manager – Web

As Senior User Acquisition Manager (Web) you will own the strategy, execution and scaling of web‑based user acquisition campaigns, driving growth while optimizing return on ad spend.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and scale web acquisition campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and other platforms such as TikTok and Snapchat.
• Own end‑to‑end strategy and KPIs, managing budget allocation to maximize ROAS.
• Monitor and optimise account structure, bidding models and audience segmentation.
• Lead creative testing frameworks, analysing high‑volume creative performance and replicating wins at scale.
• Use AI tools and automation to streamline reporting, creative analysis and campaign optimisation.
• Collaborate with analytics, creative, MarTech and growth teams to align on asset delivery and technical requirements.
• Analyse LTV, monetisation and web funnels, surfacing insights and strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of performance marketing experience in user acquisition, preferably in high‑growth environments.
• Proven track record managing significant monthly budgets and optimising for ROAS, CPA and LTV.
• Strong communication and project‑management skills, able to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and building solutions without a predefined playbook.
• Upper‑intermediate or advanced English proficiency.

Required skills

• Expert‑level campaign management on Meta Ads at scale.
• Hands‑on experience with TikTok Ads and/or Snapchat Ads.
• Proficiency with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI) and data analysis using SQL or advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
• Practical use of AI tools for marketing workflow automation and creative analysis.
• Solid understanding of web attribution principles and analytics platforms.
