SEO Specialist – Remote (Lithuania) – Contract

About the role

WebView SEO is hiring a hands‑on SEO Specialist to own SEO and AI search strategy for B2B SaaS and ConTech clients. The role is fully remote, contract‑based (~40 hours/week) with working hours 9:00‑17:00 CET (10:00‑18:00 Lithuania time).

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize client visibility across Google and LLMs (ChatGPT, Perplexity, AI Overviews, etc.).
• Develop and execute SEO strategies and content calendars for B2B SaaS clients.
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and SEO audits.
• Optimize on‑page SEO, manage link‑building initiatives, and track performance.
• Make strategic decisions and own client outcomes.
• Stay current on algorithm updates and AI search developments.
• Work directly with clients to grow traffic, rankings, and SQLs.

Required profile

• Currently living in Lithuania with the legal right to work as an independent contractor.
• 3‑5 years of hands‑on SEO experience with proven results.
• Strong SEO fundamentals: keyword research, technical SEO, link building, on‑page optimization.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
• Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
• Self‑starter who thrives with autonomy and makes strategic decisions independently.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Reliable and eager to keep learning.
