Subpoena Specialist (French-Speaker)

About the role

Ria Money Transfer is seeking a Subpoena Specialist to join its Compliance team. The specialist will manage judicial requests from French law‑enforcement and judicial authorities, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of client‑related information.

Key responsibilities

• Process incoming judicial requests in the order received, following established procedures.
• Conduct thorough searches in internal systems to locate relevant client data.
• Export findings to Excel, sort and format the data for further use.
• Block client accounts when required by the request.
• Transmit the requested information to the appropriate authorities within mandated deadlines.
• Respond to police inquiries, explaining search results and parameters.
• Maintain and update internal reporting tables.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
• Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple requests efficiently.
• High‑level proficiency in both written and spoken English and French.
• Team‑oriented mindset with good communication abilities.
