About the role

We are looking for a Senior Quality Control Specialist to join our team in Lithuania. The role involves ensuring product and raw material quality in compliance with GMP, ISO 13485 and internal standards, while supporting audit activities and acting as a backup manager when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quality control testing of products and raw materials according to GMP requirements.
• Prepare, review and update QC documentation in line with GGP and ISO 13485.
• Coordinate product stability studies, risk assessments and training initiatives.
• Manage deviation, non‑conformance and customer complaint investigations.
• Represent the QC team during internal and external audits.
• Propose improvements to quality processes and departmental operations.
• Act as deputy manager during absences.

Required profile

• University degree in biology, chemistry, biochemistry or related life sciences (master’s preferred).
• 2–3 years of experience in GMP environments and laboratory work.
• At least 1 year of experience leading processes or teams.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, GGP/GMP and GDP documentation.
• Fluent Lithuanian and English (C1 level).
• Excellent data analysis, documentation and computer skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with PGR, HPLC, spectrophotometry and gel electrophoresis techniques.
• Familiarity with protein‑based product characteristics.
• Experience using electronic quality management systems.
