About the role

The company is looking for a senior professional to lead the implementation of its security policy, manage the Information Security Management System (ISMS) according to ISO/IEC 27001:2022, and oversee risk management related to electronic information security.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the implementation of the company’s security policy and ensure proper operation of the ISMS.
• Manage security aspects of qualified electronic signatures, seal certificates and timestamp services.
• Develop and improve methodologies, procedures, process descriptions, rules, and internal documents related to information and cyber security.
• Coordinate investigation of electronic information security incidents and cooperate with competent authorities.
• Organise risk assessments and IT security compliance assessments in line with legal requirements and defined periodicity.
• Provide training for system users on electronic information security and keep employees informed about security issues.
• Coordinate the work of other security officers, offering methodological and practical support.
• Propose updates to security documentation, participate in drafting legislation and processes, and monitor compliance.

Required profile

• University degree in law, management, computer science, mathematics or a related field.
• Minimum two years of professional experience in electronic information security or cyber security.
• Ability to draft legislation concerning personal data protection and information security.
• Strong knowledge of information and cyber security principles, standards and legal requirements.
• Excellent written and spoken Lithuanian; English at B1 level.
• Understanding of Lithuanian and EU laws relevant to security clearance and national security requirements.
• Strategic thinking, responsibility, initiative and a solid professional reputation.
