Accountant – Flexible Hybrid Role

About the role

We are looking for an Accountant to join our team and support both Lithuanian and international clients. You will work in a supportive environment that encourages learning, growth, and flexible working arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accounting services to Lithuanian and international companies.
• Deliver daily finance and accounting support using smart tools.
• Gain hands‑on experience in tax declarations, payroll calculation, and financial statement preparation.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of accounting experience.
• Experience with Lithuanian tax declarations, financial statements, payroll and reporting is a plus.
• Proficient in Lithuanian (written and spoken) and English (minimum B2 level).
• Educational background in economics, finance or accounting.
• High level of responsibility, accuracy and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Familiarity with ERP/accounting systems.
• Payroll calculation.
• Tax declaration preparation.
• Financial statements preparation.
